Protecting Franklin’s Future. Defending Taxpayers.

Franklin Township is at a crossroads. We are running to stop overdevelopment, protect your tax dollars, and bring strict, common-sense leadership back to our local government. We bring decades of law enforcement and military discipline to protect our rural roots, fix our town budget, and shield taxpayers from the massive costs of outside developers.

The Threat to Franklin Township

Right now, outside developers are trying to push massive projects into our town.

The current political establishment left our town completely vulnerable to these high-density building projects. If we do not stop them, our roads will jam, our property taxes will skyrocket, and the rural Franklin we know and love will be gone forever.

We are stepping up to be the firewall. We are not politicians. We are proven public safety leaders, and we know how to stop a crisis before it ruins our community.

The Protectors

Decades of law enforcement, military, and executive experience ready to work for you.

“The political drama stops here. It is time for strict discipline, common sense, and protecting the families of Franklin Township. We are stepping up to provide the steady oversight required to safeguard the future of our community.”

Phil Venticinque

Career Law Enforcement Professional | U.S. Marine Corps Veteran

Philip Venticinque is a career Law Enforcement professional and a veteran of the United States Marine Corps who served in Iraq. Deeply rooted in the principles of duty, strict discipline, and mission-first execution, Phil has spent over 17 years resolving crises and delivering results under pressure. He is stepping forward to serve on the Township Committee to provide the steady, no-nonsense leadership required to guide Franklin Township through its most critical challenges.

When a community faces the threat of high-density zoning loopholes for developers and the permanent loss of its rural character, it needs a protector, not a politician.

Executive Rigor: A graduate of advanced state-level executive leadership training, Phil brings uncompromising executive rigor to local government.

Taxpayer Defense: He understands how to audit municipal administrative systems, eliminate operational waste, and enforce strict accountability to ensure that the township’s borders and taxpayer dollars are fiercely defended.

Phil’s commitment to this town is deeply personal. He and his wife are raising their five children right here in Franklin Township. Whether he is on the field volunteering as a local youth sports coach or managing complex public safety operations, Philip’s objective is singular: to serve and protect. He is ready to be the adult in the room, prioritizing common sense and stability to secure a safe, affordable, and thriving future for the next generation.

Caldwell II is a lifelong son of Franklinville, bringing a 60-plus-year family legacy to a township that is currently facing unprecedented pressure from outside developers. Professionally, Eugene brings over 35 years of unwavering dedication as an active Law Enforcement professional.

Command-Level Experience: For over two decades, he has served as a senior supervisor and executive leader, focused on upholding the highest standards of public safety, managing complex regional operations, and overseeing massive budgets. He knows exactly what competent, no-nonsense governance looks like.

Advocating for Taxpayers: As a trusted voice who has served as President for labor unions and statewide professional organizations for over 20 years, Eugene has a proven track record of fighting for working taxpayers, building consensus, and finding solutions to complex municipal problems.

Eugene understands how to navigate complex civic budgets and possesses the practical, steady executive experience required to restore balance and sanity to our local government.

Franklin Township is at a tipping point. We are running to bring practical, steady executive experience back to the Township Committee, ensuring our tax dollars are fiercely defended, our rural character is preserved, and our neighborhoods remain safe.
